Overview

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is a multinational company that was looking to scale and market its offerings on a larger scale. To improve its marketing strategies, HPE decided to consider 8 Miles Solution’s marketing services. Through the use of these marketing services, the goal was to acquire qualified leads as well as make peopleaware about HPE’s offerings.

The Solution

HPE was aiming for awareness and marketing of its products. 8 Miles Solution ran 3 different campaigns: MQL, Whitepaper and Email Marketing Campaigns. These campaigns were run over 2 different countries, Canada & USA.


As Hewlett Packard focuses on enterprises their target audience were Small-Medium Enterprises with the company size of 100-1000 employees. They needed IT managers of these SMEs to download their Whitepapers, resulting into product awareness. The Ideal Ticket size was more than 25 Lakhs. 8 Miles Solution provided them with a new list of accounts, wile we were simultaneously working on the account list provided by HPE.

The Approach

8 Miles solution wanted to deliver more than it was expected. In the process of doing so, we ran 3 different successful campaigns and provided ABM services. 

Here is how we did that:

MQL: We gathered leads through various marketing channels. These leads were then called by our telemarketing team. Then they were educated about the products and services of HPE. After asking some questions about their timeline of buying the product and the budget to do so, they were qualified or disqualified accordingly.


Whitepaper Campaigns: More than 5 whitepapers were provided by HPE. These Whitepapers had detailed description of their products. By promoting these whitepapers the goal was to increase awareness of the products, which was achieved with good numbers.


Email Marketing Campaigns: Just like the Whitepaper campaign the aim of this campaign was to promote and increase the awareness of the products. The goal was achieved through a well-designed email marketing strategy that will get the leads hooked and intrigued.


ABM: The Account List provided by HPE comprised of SMEs of size ranging from 100-1000 employees. The goal was to target the IT managers of these companies and nurture the relationship with them until they were ready to buy.
